2015

The Journey begins

HotelKey started as an idea between founders Ady and Fareed over a dining table, evolving into HotelKey 1.0. Our first client, Orange Show Inn, went live in San Bernardino, CA.

2016

G6 Strategic Alliance

G6 Hospitality partnered with HotelKey to implement a state-of-the-art PMS, marking a major milestone. Secured $500K in angel investment at a $10M valuation.

2017

1,414 Properties Implemented

Successfully deployed HotelKey across the entire G6 portfolio in just 8 months, demonstrating industry-leading efficiency and scalability.

2018

Extended Stay America

ESA chose HotelKey to replace MSI systems. The first property went live in Charlotte, signaling the start of a massive enterprise partnership.

2019

Nagpur Support Center

Launched our first cutting-edge Support Center in Nagpur, India, providing 24/7 world-class service to global brands and independent owners.

2020

Vagabond Partnership

Vagabond chose HotelKey to replace Skytouch. This marked our aggressive expansion into the independent hotel portfolio segment.

2021

Pacific Northwest & Petronas

Opened our Portland office and secured Petronas in Malaysia for their high-end Training Center, featuring 186 rooms and 25 banquet spaces.

2022

Red Roof Inn Migration

Welcomed 675 Red Roof properties to the platform and debuted a hospitality-native loyalty system built into the core PMS.

2023

Hilton Enterprise Global

Expanded global footprint with CRS for ESA and a new PMS platform for over 7,000 Hilton hotels worldwide.

2024

IHG & OYO Collaboration

Proudly partnered with IHG, one of the world's largest hotel brands, while strengthening OYO scalability for G6 Hospitality.

2025

15,000 Live Properties

Onboarded BWH Hotels and Sonesta. We now power over 1.5 million rooms globally, reinforcing trust at the highest enterprise level.
